ORDERING

ORDERS & CONFIRMATIONS

Orders are taken by fax or email.

  • Fax and email orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

  • Confirmations are normally faxed or emailed within one business day of receipt.  If no confirmation is received within 2 days, please CALL US to verify that we received your order.

  • Check your confirmation for accuracy and call us with any changes or corrections.  No order will be placed in production without a signed acceptance confirmation.

  • Once an order is accepted, cancellations or changes will be at the customer’s expense.

ORDER SHIPPING OR PICKUP

  • All prices are FOB factory in Morgan Hill, California.

  • Preferred shipping is on skids via common carrier to specified address.

PRICE QUOTATIONS
Price quotes are available and valid for 30 days from the date of quote.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Prepay: Payment must be received prior to processing the order, and may be in the form of personal or company check, cashier’s check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer.  Company or personal checks are accepted upon credit approval.

  • Invoicing: This is available upon credit approval.
